Working With Us

Are you a travel agency, and what does that mean for me? +

We operate as a boutique travel advisory studio rather than a traditional agency. That means no pre-set packages and no generic itineraries.

Every journey is shaped around your pace, your interests, and how you want to feel, with access to preferred rates and partner benefits where available.

Does it cost more to work with you? +

In most cases, there is no additional cost for our hotel and travel planning services. Hotels and travel partners compensate us directly, while you receive access to our planning, preferred rates and partner benefits.

For complex journeys or fully curated multi-destination itineraries, a planning fee may apply. If so, we always discuss it transparently before any work begins.

Why work with you instead of booking online myself? +

Booking platforms handle transactions. We design experiences.

You can certainly book the logistics yourself, but you cannot easily replicate our preferred partner access, regional knowledge and personal support. We handle the complexity behind your journey so you can focus on enjoying it.

I already have ideas. Can I still work with you? +

Absolutely. We love working with travellers who have already done their research. Bring your ideas, wish list, or even a half-built itinerary and we can shape it, refine it, and arrange the details with care.

If you have already booked part of your trip, we may still be able to add preferred partner benefits or curated experiences, depending on where and how you booked.

Through our preferred partner network with FORA, we can secure a range of complimentary benefits that may not be available when booking directly or through third-party platforms.

These can include complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, hotel or spa credits, early check-in or late check-out, and welcome amenities on arrival, often at no additional cost to you.

I already get perks through my credit card . What’s different? +

Credit card perks are a great foundation. Booking through us can layer preferred partner benefits on top, with your stay flagged for VIP recognition through our direct hotel relationships.

This can result in preferential upgrade consideration, personalised touches, and the added confidence that someone with a direct line to the property is looking after your stay.

We also ensure your hotel loyalty account is attached to the reservation where possible, so your points and status can continue to accumulate as normal.

How do we get started? +

Simply start a conversation with us. We will respond personally within 24 hours and begin with a short, focused exchange to understand your travel style, timing, and preferences.

From there, the design process unfolds calmly and at your pace. We can design a journey in days, while more layered, multi-destination itineraries can take around a week.

We remain available before and during your journey. Should anything change or need attention, you will have direct access to us, not a call centre and not an automated chatbot.
