After more than a decade in the travel industry and exploring across 40+ countries, we saw a different way of travelling was needed.

I am Shanks, and together with my partner, we started Go East Travels in Europe of designeing journeys accross Europe and beyond.
Between us, we've spent over 20 years working inside the hospitality industry, managing hotels,running big teams, and learning what actually makes a stay feel exceptional versus forgettable. We've explored more than 40 countries. We've checked into hundreds of hotels, tested the restaurants, walked the streets, and figured out which places genuinely deliver and which ones photograph well and know the difference from the inside.
Along the way, we noticed something: most travel planning is either overwhelming or underwhelming. You either spend weeks researching and second-guessing, or you hand it off to an agency that gives you the same itinerary they gave the last fifty clients.
