It started with a simple idea, to design travel that genuinely supports your wellbeing.
After more than a decade in the travel industry and exploring across 40+ countries, we saw a different way of travelling was needed.

A More Personal Way To Travel.
I'm Shanky G, and I started GoEast Travels with a partner from Poland both of us coming from years inside the hospitality industry. I spent fifteen years in hotel and travel operations across three countries: running sightseeing operations & sales in Vancouver, then managing hotels in Hamburg, Cologne, and Vienna as a General Manager. My partner brings hotel operations experience from Poland and restaurant management from the UK.
Between us, that's two decades of working inside hospitality, managing properties, leading teams, and learning what makes a stay feel exceptional versus forgettable. We've travelled across more than thirty countries, checked into hundreds of hotels, tested the restaurants, walked the streets, and figured out which places genuinely deliver and which ones photograph well. The difference matters, and you can only see it from the inside.
I moved to the Baltics because Eastern Europe has what the rest is losing, real quiet, genuine wellness traditions, and stories that aren't yet on every Instagram feed. That's the region I want to spend the rest of my career in.

GoEast Travels was founded on a simple belief: travel should feel personal, calm, and deeply considered without the overwhelm of modern travel planning. You either spend weeks researching and second-guessing, or you hand it off to an agency that gives you the same itinerary they gave the last fifty clients.
We started Go East Travels because we believed there was a better way of travel planning. One built on real knowledge, personal attention, and the kind of care that only comes from people who've worked on the other side of the desk.
Every journey we design carries that perspective. We know what a well-run property looks like from the inside. We know the difference between a hotel that markets well and one that actually takes care of its guests. And we bring that knowledge to every itinerary we build, so you don't have to guess and have the experiences that stay with you long after your return.
