These Terms govern all bookings and use of services provided by Go East Travels OÜ (“we”, “us”). By booking or paying any fee you agree to these Terms, our Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
- Our services
We organize tailor-made package travel journeys. We act as the package organizer within the meaning of EU Directive 2015/2302.
- Booking process
A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
- Payment schedule
- 25 % deposit – payable immediately upon booking confirmation.
- Additional 25 % – due no later than 14 days before departure.
- Remaining 50 % – due no later than 48 hours before departure.
Full payment must be received before the journey commences.
- Prices and changes
Prices are in EUR. We may increase the price only in accordance with the Package Travel Directive (max 8 %).
- Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, valid travel documents and comprehensive travel insurance.
- Our liability
We are liable according to the Package Travel Directive. Our total liability shall not exceed the total price of the package (except for personal injury caused by our negligence).
- Complaints
Must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the end of the journey.
- Fee for Preparation of Custom Itinerary (Planning / Consultation Fee)
For every bespoke journey we prepare a fully customised itinerary based on your individual requirements.
After submission of your enquiry form, we require up to 72 hours (3 business days) to research and prepare a detailed personalised proposal.
