We understand plans change, however our journeys require significant advance reservations with third-party suppliers.

Planning / Consultation Fee

The €100 Planning Fee covers the preparation of your personalised itinerary (research and design work), which normally takes up to 72 hours after submission of the enquiry. This fee is fully deductible from the final journey price if you book within 3 months from the date you receive the itinerary. If the proposal is not converted into a confirmed booking within 3 months, the fee is non-refundable.

Payment Schedule for the Journey:

• 25 % deposit upon booking confirmation.
• Additional 25 % no later than 14 days before departure.
• Final 50 % no later than 48 hours before departure.

Cancellation fees for the journey:

• More than 14 days before departure: the initial 25 % deposit is non-refundable.
• Between 14 days and 48 hours before departure: 50 % of the total journey price is non-refundable.
• Within 48 hours of departure or no-show: 100 % of the total price is non-refundable.

These fees are appropriate and justifiable as they reflect costs already incurred with suppliers and operational expenses.

Full refund is available only in cases required by the EU Package Travel Directive (significant changes by us, unavoidable extraordinary circumstances, or organizer cancellation).

All refunds will be processed within 14 days. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
